C. Rolle III, PT, DPT, CSCS
Bill
Rolle opened Seneca Physical Therapy in 1991 five years
after graduating with high honors from the University of
Maryland School of Medicine/Physical Therapy Department.
He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rocky
Mountain University in 2005. Bill’s areas of interest include
sports injuries with special emphasis on tennis, gymnastics
and swimming, as well as treatment of shoulder and knee
pathologies. He is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner, a
highly effective, innovative approach to treating musculoskeletal
problems.
Bill is also a Certified Strength
and Conditioning Specialist and has worked with the U.S.
Tennis Association Player Development Program. Because of
his interest in gymnastics, he has had the opportunity to
consult with two local elite gymnastics programs; Hill’s
gymnastics in Gaithersburg, and Marva-Teens in Rockville.
Hill’s has had a gymnast in each of the past four Olympics,
including 2004. Bill has been working with Hill’s for a
number of years, triaging and treating injured gymnasts.
Finally, Bill is committed to
caring for people regardless of their life challenges. Along
with on-going pro-bono work, he also spent two weeks in
Romania in 1995 as a medical mission volunteer for Operation
Smile. He lives in Boyds, Maryland with his wife Lisa and
two daughters, Jessica and Meaghan.
Linda Kuserk, PT
A
graduate of the University of Delaware Physical Therapy
School in 1985, Linda joined Seneca Physical Therapy in
1992.
In addition to her background in orthopedic
sports medicine and manual therapy, Linda has extensive
experience treating patients with myofascial pain syndromes
and chronic pain. Linda also specializes in women’s health
such as post-mastectomy/lumpectomy rehabilitation, pelvic
pain, pregnancy or postpartum dysfunctions, pain or loss
of function after gynecological or abdominal surgery and
exercises for incontinence.
Linda’s other areas of interest include TMJ
and neural entrapment syndromes. Linda is the Clinical Education
Coordinator for clinical internships of graduate students
at Seneca.

Matt Adams, PT, MS
Matt
joined Seneca in 2003 after graduating from Nazareth College.
Matt's expertise is in athletic training, having covered
collegiate basketball, soccer and semi-pro football, and
the 3-time Division III NCAA Championship Lacrosse team
at Nazareth.
Matt
was recipient of the Nazareth College Men's Basketball Senior
Award in 2003 and played collegiate lacrosse for 2 years
as well.
Matt
is actively involved in research regarding various rehabilitation
topics, with a particular interest in sports specific training
and rehabilitation. He is Vice-President of Adams Bros.
Communications, which provides seminars and workshops for
providers of patients with cardiac and pulmonary disorders.

Robert Woodside,
PT, DPT, CSCS
Rob joined Seneca in 2001 after finishing his Masters in
Physical Therapy at Shenandoah University.
Rob
has developed sports rehab programs and presented papers
on sports-related injuries such as “The Evaluation and Treatment
of Throwing Injuries in the Athlete”. He has a strong interest
in athletic-related injuries, specifically of the shoulder,
knee and ankle.
Rob
is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
His sports training background is in baseball and basketball.
In August 2004, he completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy,
also from Shenandoah University.

Adam Weaver, PT, DPT
Adam
joined our staff this past summer after receiving his Doctorate
of Physical Therapy in May of 2005. Adam grew up in southern
Maryland, leaving Maryland to attend Dickinson College where
he played basketball and graduated with a BS in Biology
in 2001, He performed clinical internships at George Washington
University Hospital, Kernan Rehabilitation Hospital, and
at Seneca Physical Therapy. An avid athlete, Adam has participated
in numerous sports at very competitive levels.

Sherry Karson-Simon
Certified Pilates Instructor
After a long search, we have found an experienced,
personable, motivated and compassionate Pilates
instructor – Sherry Carson-Simon. A few of our Wellness
members and patients had previously worked with Sherry
and RAVED about her! She has a great reputation and is a
lot of fun to work with.
In 2001, Sherry was introduced to the Pilates Reformer.
From her own participation in Pilates she increased her
flexibility and strength and was able to avoid a total
knee replacement.
Sherry studied with Mark Trudeau of Quantum Fitness,
Inc. in Washington DC, completing over 800 hours of
study and instruction. She received her certification
from Power House Pilates.
She is a current member of Pilates Method Alliance and
continues her education by taking continuing education
courses.
Her interest in teaching Pilates to others is to help
them regain movement that they have lost or to help them
strengthen their bodies so they get the optimum amount
of movement with little or no pain.
