Fitness Training: Individual and Group
Personal Fitness Training is utilized for many
reasons…some of which are: need motivation, want
results, have or want to avoid injuries, & need
extra supervision. Some people just need someone to
be accountable to & sometimes investing money in
exercise helps.
A trainer here at Seneca is educated in the field of
exercise, certified through the highest regarded
organizations in the field and experienced in
working with individuals of all fitness levels and
ages.
We sit down with you before starting to get a
thorough medical history as well as to set short
term and long term goals. Keeping record of your
progress is one of the best ways to see positive
results. We provide supervision, guidance,
education, and accountability.
You can meet with a trainer for ½ hour to 1 ½ hours,
one time a week or multiple times. You can meet
individually or with a partner or even a small
group. Sometimes training along side a partner or
friend can help with the cost of personal training
as well as making it more fun for those being
trained.

Package of 5 = $625($125/session)
Individual session = $130

Package of 5 = $475 ($95/session)

Sessions
Package of 10 = $600 ($60/session)
Package of 5 = $325 ($65/session)

Package of 5 = $187.50 ($37.50/session)

Training (2 – 4 People)
60 minute session = $45/person
30 minute session = $30/person
