"Before my 11 year-old son worked with Seneca and Beyond Fitness, his ankle and knee would hurt during most soccer games and practices. This past season, he had no injuries at all for the first time ever, and very rarely complained of any knee or ankle pain."
Amy Sutter

"Seeing the scores of our team after going through Beyond the First Step, I can tell you that the program has been a tremendous success. One of our players improved his vertical by almost 6 inches! Not only do you see the improvement as a coach or a parent, but our players have commented that they feel faster, stronger and more confident. I highly recommend their program.”
Dave Kovack - USSF National C License, Vice President Damascus Soccer Club

"I have seen Steve (the coach running the clinic) cut time off a person's 40 and 10 yard dash and add inches to the persons vertical jump in just two one hour trainings. In addition and maybe more important he is good with injury prevention training. I feel this will help a lot of kids."
Rob Eby - Head Coach Damascus High School Varsity Girls Soccer
