* Often, companies will provide health screenings to their employees as a benefit and will help offset the cost of the screening by paying part or all of the cost.  In these cases, availability may be limited to the employees of the company.  If there is an asterisk (*) next to the organization name, be sure to check the "More Info" link to get more information on the availability of that screening.
