 Athletic Development Programs

Strength, Flexibility and Injury Prevention Evaluation (1 hour)
Take a proactive approach to physical health and optimal athletic performance by investing in a comprehensive musculoskeletal screening prior to the start of your sports season. Help prevent injury by identifying common areas of weakness so that you can stay healthy, and avoid being on the sideline! A skilled analysis of your movement systems is essential in the development of an individualized strength and conditioning program. We recommend having this evaluation 8-12 weeks BEFORE the start of your season. Our evaluation is specific to your sport and includes: flexibility and core strength assessments, examination of muscle strength and common imbalances, and a individualized exercise program to address areas of weakness.

Core Training for the Endurance Athlete (1 hour)
Discover how core training can help eliminate common overuse injuries often experienced by runners, swimmers, and cyclists. Designed for athletes of all ages, this program will provide you with a core assessment and evaluation, as well as an extensive core strengthening exercise program individualized to your strengths and weaknesses.

Individual Personal Training
Personal training by a licensed physical therapist. Sign up for a 30 minute and 1 hour session and while you're at it ask about package deals for multiple sessions.

Strength and Conditioning
Plan Review and Consultation (1 hour)
Discuss your current training program with a licensed physical therapist and strength and conditioning expert. We will review your program and teach you how to train for performance and injury prevention.
Also included will be a review of exercise selection, technique, program design and progression.

ACL Prevention
Program Testing and Training (1 hour)
ACL injuries are increasingly prevalent with athletes of all ages. See if you are at increased risk for ACL injury. Learn a scientifically tested exercise program that has been shown to reduce incidence of ACL
tears in developing athletes. This program can be designed for the individual or taught to a team or group if necessary. Please ask for more details.

Nutritional Consultation for Sports Performance
Learn how to fuel your body for training and competition with an analysis of your nutritional profile by our licensed dietitian. You will be provided with a detailed plan to help you train and perform better as you achieve your goals!
